Got my Opteron 144 Socket 939 CPU .... phew!!

@ dipdude ....good ...:hap2: :cool2:

Thats a pretty good everest score @ 236 mhz memory speed.
with my ocz memory @204 mhz (cpu @ 250 mhz, 5:6 divider) , timings of 2-3-2-5 i get scores of around 5450 in everest.
and with the Geil one memory @ 250 mhz , 1:1 timings = 2-3-3-7 i get scores of around 6400+ in everest.

real world applications will benefit more from ur this new settings due to the higher memory speed of 237 mhz (viz ur old settings(sign) of around 200 mhz)
the difference of 13mhz in cpu speed (250 -237) is not of much significance as compared to gains that you will get from increased memory speed.
(its how fast you can feed data to the cpu that matters the most, since most of the time the cpu is waiting for data in normal, real world applications (not applicable for benchmarking programs ))
