We need more of them, this is one of those announcements, no idea when it will come to fruition.

Its a statement of intent, what actually happens may not be the same.

usual problem is when that info becomes clear you guys lost interest in the subject.

see, you are confusing yourself. We can have fab facilities like china but we dont want that culture. India is not communist nation like china and due to that fact, we can achieve it.
