Hardware suggestions for HD movie rig

I'm thinking to buy these hardwares for HD movies, surfs the web and usually has multiple apps open.gaming also suggest
Need the following
processor-Athlon II X4 620 ,630,635
mother board -?
what is crossfire , unlocking,hdmi
ram- ddr2 or ddr3
hd- 320gb
gaphic card-? if needed

low budget 24k give some more suggestion with latest price

  • Mention the PSU you have --> Very important when you intend to add a GPU. (also the cabby)
  • Mention the games you intend to play and at what resolution you will play them?(mention the mention you have)

Motherboard: Biostar TA785G3 - 3650 (HD 4200 is a very good IGP. Plays HD with eaze and directX 10.1 complaint) also
suggest can we unlock Athlon II X4 635 for L3 cache
