Hello,
Help me in building a new rig....
First I want to say that I don't need HDD, keyboard, mouse, UPS or sound system.

I've decided upon---
Intel i5 - 750
Gigabyte p55-ud3r/ud3p/ud2)/ Asus P7P55D
RAM - 1333 MHZ 2GB/4GB- Mention brand
GPU - ATI 5770/5750 - Mention brand
PSU - Corsair 550W/450W which one I need according to the config/ Any CM one mention
2 Fan - one at left side and another at back - plz mention this also
DVD writer - LG/Samsung/Sony
Monitor - Samsung P2350/Benq 24"
Any other requirement please mention
Will not go for overclocking....

I've a Techcom cabinet which I'm using in P4 1.7 GHz system with Intel 845 GLAD mobo, I want to use this cabinet for my new system as it is a strong sturdy one, it has 2 area for attaching fan(1 on left side and another on the back side.)

Budget - Leaving monitor 30K - 40K
Purpose - Gaming, Programming
Should run for 4 years at least.
I shall attach 2 GB RAM as of now if budget does not permit, shall extend later.

Proccy: AthlonII X4 630 - 5.15k

Mobo: MSI 785G-E53 - 5.5k

RAM - Corsair 2GB DDR3 1333MHz - 2.95k

GPU - Sapphire ATI HD5770 - 9.8k

PSU - Corsair 450W - 3.8k

DVD writer - LG/Samsung/Sony - 1.1k

Monitor - Benq 24" G2420HD - 10.5k

cabinet - CM ELite 310 - 1.6k ( Get a decent cabby. Dont go with the old techcom cabby 4 this new build)

Total: 40.4k~

The AthlonII X4 proccy is also a quad and will suffice for your needs.

I said that my budget is excluding monitor
Another thing please give me a reason why I should not use my old cabinet. As I said it is very well built and as of now no rust no problem, nothing. If technically it will not match then tell me where?
Can I go for 5750 if budget does not permit for 5770?

AMD Phenom II X4 945BE(3.2Ghz, 4 cores, 6MB L3 Cache) 8100
Biostar TA790GX A3+ 6500
4(2*2GB) 1333MHz Gskill DDRIII RAM 5500
Sapphire HD5770 1GB GDDR5 9900
CM Elite 334 2200
Corsair VX550 5000
L.G. GH22NS30 1100
TOTAL ~ 38.3K
GO 4 THIS :)

Ya i considered 30k for the rest + monitor. You had a budget of 30-40k right?

These would suffice for your need. But if you are willing to spend more then
get a,
Intel Core i-5 750 - Rs.9,800
Intel DP55WB - Rs.5,600 ( Intel mobos are good enough for ppl who do not Overclock)
Rest the same as i suggested in my previous post.

Well i do not know the build quality of your cabinet. When you are purchasing just have a look at the cabbies like the CM Elite 310/334 or NZXT Gamma. These are priced in the range of 1.6-2.3k. If you find your cabby is better than all these then dont go for a new one.

What about those I suggested? Asus or gigabyte,
Yes now I may not overclock but after 1-2 year I may.

If your budget is 40K excluding monitor you can go for this rig

http://www.techenclave.com/members-market/i7-860-msi-p55-gd80-gskill-160935.html

CPU+Mobo+RAM 25K
5770 10K
SMPS 450VX 3.8K
DVD Writer 1.1 K

I am sure if u negotiate with Hellgate he may reduce the prices a bit so that your total outgo does not exceed 40K

PSU is the best long term investment. you currently have opted for vx450 but incase in future if you have to overclock or buy a high-end gpu, then it is better to invest good amount in the PSU. i suggest you go for a vx550 or anything higher.

Those prices are from Balaji Solutions and Starcomp Infotech. No where I am getting all the parts at once. Do u recommend any other good store?

I want to ask u one question regarding the samsung monitor. How is the viewing angle? If one get a view from a bit side then is there any color change?

Now I am not paid for promoting any of these shops

Vedant Infosys

Arihant Infotech

Both of these shops will have all the parts you require.

The monitor has very good viewing angle.Till 160-170 its ok , no colour change
