HELP: Converting Bitmaps into Vector Drawings

I have simple images I need to convert to vector drawings. Solid figures, no shading nothing.
Can anyone recommend an application/process to do it quickly, with minimum effort, yet effectively.
Appreciate any help.
 
Corel draw, Photoshop, can be done in flash too :p

Just use the image as a layer, use another layer over it, use the pen tool to trace over the image.

Since u say that the images are simple, this shouldnt take too long.
