Hello Friends i need your help ,

Since few days i am facing very strange problem with my system.

Problem :-

It automatically restarts without giving any error msg or BSOD. It restarts not only under load but also at idle state.

For rectifying the issue i take following steps (but still facing the issue) :-

1. RAM check by memtest86+ full night - No errors

2. I thought may be GPU causing problem so removed it and running on-board GPU but after sometime same problem hit again.

3. Checked all power cables, power connector all are good, No loose connection or earthing issues.

4.No overclocking. (Turbo mode is on in bios)

5. No heating issues.

My system config :-

CPU - Intel i5 3570K
Mobo - Asus P8Z77-v pro
RAM - Gskill 12GB ripjaws ( 2gbx2,4gbx2)
GPU - Sapphire HD7950 Vapor X edition ( Currently removed )
PSU - Corsair TX650M
Cooler - Thermaltek Archon

Can anyone help me regarding this Problem please ??

Possible PSU issue or Processor overheat just for a few seconds.. but I guess you'd notice a freeze before the restart if it was CPU.

I would also do a system reinstall to rule out anything on the software or drivers part before trying to investigate if it's the PSU or CPU.

Sometimes a complete part out and reinstall would solve it

Thanks for reply .

No freezing . It directly restarts.

Will install Win 7 on separate HDD and test.[DOUBLEPOST=1507223049][/DOUBLEPOST]Update:-

I install win7 64 bit on HDD (Other HDDs are disconnected.) with my GPU HD 7950 . Install all the drivers n start Prime 95 and furmark stress test. after sometime system restarted .

So i again start both the apps for testing till now no restart .

Strange . Any help ??[DOUBLEPOST=1507265725][/DOUBLEPOST]Update:-

Prime 95 and Furmark run full night , no restart.

So i turn off the system for sometime and start again but arise new problem .

Please check :-

What are the temps on your CPU? Download Hardware monitor and monitor your CPU temps. According to intel, Tcase temps are 67.4 degrees celsius according to ARK. Please eliminate this possibility ASAP.

https://ark.intel.com/products/65702/Intel-Core-i5-3570-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_80-GHz

Tomshardware thread paste below:
Intel's Thermal Specification (Tcase) for the i5 3570K is 67C, which is CPU temperature, notCore temperature. Core temperature is 5C higher than CPU temperature due to sensor location, so Tcase +5 makes the corresponding Core temperature 72C.

This means that mid-70's are safe operating temperatures.

Throttle temperature is 105C.

It's all explained in this Tom's Sticky: Intel Temperature Guide - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1800828/intel-temperature-guide.html

" ... 3rd Generation 22 Nanometer: 3570K / 3770K (TDP 77W / Idle 4W)

Standard Ambient = 22C
Tcase (CPU temp) = 67C
CPU / Core offset + 5C
Tjunction (Core temp) = 72C
Tj Max (Throttle temp) = 105C ... "

Get your psu checked at any computer hardware shop. They should have the tester or buy one it costs around Rs300.

Don't use prime95 it is not safe for cpu test environment, use aida64 instead.

You should also try removing all ram sticks and run with just one stick. Maybe one of them is causing some problem don't just depend on memtest.
