Graphic Cards HELP - Sapphire 1GB HD 5850 GPU running at 99%

GPU running at 99% please help ,i am in trouble please help, see below image

My SYSTEM:

AMD Phenom X6 1090T

Gigabyte GA-890 FXA - UD5

Gskill 2*2 1600 MHz RAM

Sapphire 1 GB HD 5850 GPU

Corsair TX850 PSU

WD 1.5 TB 64 MB Cache HDD

after restarting pc it will be normal, it is happening from 1 month, formatted system 2-3 times....

^ Those are most probably ATI driver issues. Roll back to some stable drivers that you used 4-5 months ago, probably 10.11 or earlier, cause what I've read is that this bug was first Discovered in 10.12 and was there even in 11.1

It is a driver issue. The latest CCC resolves it.

Disable Overdrive, this happened to me using Overdrive.

i am using drivers downloaded from sapphire website for Windows 7 (64 Bit) & which is version 11.3....
