Budget 31-40k Help with Office Rig for CD/AI/PS

Hi, have been away from the PC scene for a while.

Now need help building a new rig for office from scratch. Its main use is going to be for a designer to design on Corel / Illustrator / PhotoShop and interface with our Laser Machine in addition to regular office work.

The budget is a problem, yet need flawless performance on Corel / Illustrator / PhotoShop. All help will be much appreciated.

and if I go the GPU way, what would be cheap and best?

Can save on the UPS, as a bigger unit is already present for other machines and can accomodate the PC on that.

Yes, you can go with cheaper cabinet, just make sure it can accomodate at least 2 fans for cooling.
I bought Samsung 860 Evo M.2 250 GB in Rs 3900 last week only.

If you are in Gurgaon, I can provide you a better dealer who have same rates as Nehru place. Even I bought my system last week only in 60k.
If you are ready to spend 4k on Antec NE550 PSU then I recommend Corsair CX550 in Rs 4300.
