Budget 41-50k Home PC + ML config by next year

Got everything today and tried to assemble system and found motherboard is dead. TheItDepot said take to service center since it's 10+ days. Bad experience with Asrock. Even took to local shop and replaced everything PSU, ram, GPU, CPU, but no luck. Same components working on other MSI Mobo

System showing Asrock logo then going blank.
Does the Mobo has Bios flashback button in its I/O area. If you have then use it flash the latest bios from Asrock website.

I think it's better to go with 1kva
Does 650VA can't even support for 5 mins? My system is not consuming full power of 550. How does PSU work? It draw power what is actually required, like in my case it is less than 400W if I calculate or it draw power as per PSU Wattage whether that can be consumed or not.

So you need 700VA UPS based on all the components you are gonna use.

I saw a Microtech UPS of 650 VA. Does that work? There is no 700VA and 1 KVA is out of my budget as of now. Entire rig costed 60k where as my budget was 50k (max side)

Check if Cyberpower models are available.

It draws whatever required. But depends on efficiency as well. E.g. if it is rated at 80, for providing 400W of power, it will draw 500W from wall plug.

For UPS, general thumb rule is factor of 0.6. So if you need say 420W of power, UPS should be about 700VA.

Hi,
Finally system is up and running. Here are some snaps. Though I have to re-cable it again as I only fitted components to test if all ok now.
Need some tips on cabling. Should I route unused PSU cables on back side? I am not sure if that hole is big enough to send all those wires on back other side.

I am yet to decide on UPS part. I checked with local shop and he said if I take Microtek 650VA and it won't work then he won't take it back as it will become open piece.
And 1000VA UPS is out of budget now.

I corrected the figures here as I am using 1 SSD and 4 SATA (not 6).
Also 1 120mm fan (not 3). This is the output of UPS recommendation I got.

Still looking for UPS, so consider 60k damage for entire config.

With several models in Machine Learning, you will be limited by the GPU memory. Its not that it will run slower, the problem is that it may not run at all. I am talking about CNN and ANN. So if your dataset is 6GB and your graphic card is 4GB RAM model, you won't be able to use it. And better get used to using Linux if want to pursue this field.
