Please tell me if it is good or not.

^^ I forgot and posted in laptops instead of laptop buying advice......

SO i reposted.

Ok how are gateway laptops in general?

The specs arent that good :S, you can get better laptops in that range like the Acer 5745G or Lenovo Y-560. You can also get nearly same specced Dell studio along with its great after-sales service, dont know much about gateway laptops service but it will definitely be on a lower level than Dell.

^^ Thats what i have heard.....

How is Lenovo Y560 and please post its price (at max)..

I usually buy from Reliance Digital or Order Onl9 from Dell Site

Lenovo Y-560 is a very good option with i3-350m cpu+Ati 5730 GPU+4gb ram.I dont know its exact price, you can ask TE member hirumon about the latest price as he has bought a Y560 just two days back. Here is the link from lenovo india, check out the model at the last which is priced at 46k.

^^ Great.

Fits my budget with ease....

Will check it.

Thanks dude.

BTW when it comes to service is lenovo good?

Else i will stick with Dell

Lenovo service is good but you have to take your laptop to their service centre whereas dell provides onsite service, that is they will come to your place to repair the laptop. At present,Dell is No.1 in the service department but it doesnt have a graphics card like Ati 5730,so it all depends on what you want from your purchase.
