How much can I expect

I've got a 3 year old O2 Atom in good condition. I also have the user manual and all original accessories.
I asked the guys at Planet M and they said that they would give me Rs. 4k for the phone. What do you guys think? Is it a fair price?
 
If you can get some user to buy it i am sure you will get better rate than what dealers can give. What's the current price of it now ? Is it discontinued?
