Linux How to block bad peers in transmission daemon?

6pack

ex-Mod
I want to block peers from China, HK, Korea, Japan which only leech and don't share anything in return. I'm seeing peers start from 0 and go to 100% after leeching from me while I'm stuck at 80% from weeks. :argh:
I temporarily deletd all trackers and made upload speed 0 now. And all these countries use utorrent 3.5 or some BT7000 or something.

There was a setting in transmission to put blocklist url, but i think it does nothing. I can still see the same ip's connectd to my client. Any way to kick these clients off?

In utorrent it was easy to make a blocklist and even right click and ban ip address. Transmisison is bad in this part.

Which folder is the blocklist file situated in? Maybe i can manually create a text file with ip address and paste it in that folder.

I got fed up and deleted the downloaded files. Why should i share if no one else is willing to share in return!
