its good to see so many watch enthusiast over here, i too started to develop interest in watches.
Few weeks back i bought a watch, particularly very impressed with the strap it has, it is really beautiful.
Strap looks similar to this image (this image shown color more brown and dull)
Post my recent calcutta tour, the starp become dirty on one side which is exposed outwards.
if we hold the watch facing us, its the front side.
A fine black greasy dirt layer can be seen on the starp, i guess that because of the humidity & dust.
can someone suggest me how could i clean it without loosing the actual color and texture of this strap.
This is my first non-metal/silicon watch strap and im unable to figure out how to clean it.
Google showing all variety of stuffs to clean, but mostly of the shiny leather, which this isn't. plus those cleaners are not available in india.
This has nice matt finish and i don't want to spoil it. Any suggestion highly appreciated.
