CPU/Mobo How to test New motherboard for Error

How to test new motherboard for error if any for returning the manufacturer on time for quick replacement ?
Are there any software or hardware solution to check new motherboard for any fault which might occur afterwards.

I need to check this
1) Memory stability..
2) If the system automatically restart
3) The Heat is not giving problem..or display heat plus inform if it is above normal
4) Audio, video, etc
and many more how to do that...
 
1) Memory stability.. : Use MEM test.

2) If the system automatically restart: depends for ex:If the os gives BSOD it will restart.

3) The Heat is not giving problem..or display heat plus inform if it is above normal : For that you will only get temp monitor s/w, by looking at the temp you will be able to know if it normal or not. ( you should know whats the normal temp in the first place).

4) Audio, video, etc: Install the driver n check. If you see or hear anything unusual then something is wrong.
