u cant send a file (as faar as i've tried)
but the received file's can be found in "temp" folder which can be found via a "file manager" (app)
 
As stubborn as u seem to be , i have nothing to trade with but am willing to buy the palm pre for a price , have been searching for it for a while
 
my friends looking for one, but he has a budget limit which is low compared to what you are asking for, if you do decide to come down on that price, please let me know.
