HTC is moving ahead by getting more of their devices to be Playstation Certified. Additionally, a list of smartphones that are set to receive the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update has also been leaked. Read on.
More HTC devices get Playstation Certified

Fresh new devices by HTC get Playstation Certification. This opens the doors of the Playstation Mobile store to these devices officially. The complete list of devices that are Playstation Certified are:
  • HTC One X+
  • HTC One X
  • HTC One XL
  • HTC One S
  • HTC One V
  • HTC EVO 4G LTE

Originally a Sony Xperia Play exclusive (we all know it didn't end particularly well for that device, not even receiving it's Android 4.0 ICS update by Sony), the Playstation Store brings many new titles for all certified devices.

Leaked HTC devices getting Jelly Bean update

A tweet by "Football4PDA" has revealed the devices that will receive the Jelly Bean update. The list goes:
  • HTC One X+
  • HTC One XL
  • HTC One S
  • HTC One S C2
  • HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE
  • HTC EVO 4G LTE
  • HTC One SV
  • HTC One VX
  • HTC J

Out of these, the One X+ is already running Jelly Bean. We believe HTC might be updating the device to the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Bear in mind, the HTC J here isn't the same as the HTC Butterfly J.

It seems HTC has ignored all devices with less than 1 GB of RAM. In a previous statement, HTC said that devices with 512 MB of RAM or lesser will not get the Jelly Bean update. Seems they forgot that the newly released smartphones such as the HTC Desire X have 768 MB of RAM. Here's hoping the Desire X doesn't turn into a One V and receive no update in it's entire life cycle.
