Hey guys,

I was trying to get somebody to bring down a few Multi Vitamins and Omega products for me but unfortunately that trip has been delayed.

I'd like to a get a few things like Orange Triad, Omega 3-6-9, Apple Cider and few other things. I'm able to source some of these from the local market but either the pricing is outrageous or the stock is really old.

I was thinking of getting them directly from BB.com as I'm planning on getting about 6-8 bottles for myself and a few friends. The problem with directly having it shipped from BB.com is that the customs duties can sometimes cost more than the product itself.

Hope some of you can throw some light on the best way to get this with customs and everything sorted out before hand. If more of you are interested, we could get a truck load of this stuff since they are daily use products. I only ask that you limit the requests to products in smaller containers as the shipping weight will go up significantly for products like Protein Powders.

If we can go forward with this, I'd be glad to handle the GO. The last date could be 10 days from today.
 
shipping and customs can ruin the sweet deal we get!!
have you tried ibhejo.com ? i was searching for some supplements a while back and had to settle with ibhejo because it's prices were the lowest(shipped) online.
 
Ask for a quote from iShopInternational. I had ordered few items from Puritan.com and it was reasonable, no customs hassles at all.

Do not order through Aramex or other similar providers as customs would be a nightmare for items like this.
 
iShopInternational is good too...and relatively cheap too
i might be in for omega 3-6-9 too if its reasonable :)

btw how is hopshopgo?anyone familiar with its services and rates?

I wouldn't use it for supplements as customs clearance won't be smooth and you may have to pay a lot as duty. With iShopInternational there are no such problems and you pay a fixed amount.
 
No offence. Be very careful. One of my friend used to take in college days. He took for 2 yrs to become Salman.

He is 34 now & has big trouble in performing "XYZ"...
 
#Praks take what in college days? It seems he succeeded in becoming salman,now that he can't perform "XYZ"...:p

@varkey: Thanks buddy. I'll try them out. Can you give me an indication as to how much the shipping and customs costed you compared to the actual product itself. I'm restricting this only to smaller bottles (mainly pills like Multivitamins and joint support and a few others) and not not larger protein bags or boxes. Hope that can give you better idea.

You may skip the customs if you choose the least available option for shipping as it comes to our post office. Other option's get shipped through Fedex....Where customs will always be calculated.
 
The food available around you these days isn't the same as what was available 15-20 years ago. Most Indian's are heavily nutrient and vitamin deficient. Heart Disease and Diabetes has gone up several fold and what is scary is that it's happening with age ranges as low as 25-35.

I like to limit the number things that go into my body, but Multi Vitamins and Omegas are not Bodybuilding or Fitness voodoo. As someone that has been doing this for a long time, I see the effects of being nutrient deficient. Unless you're willing or have the time to eat a balanced diet in truckloads, believe me, you're most certainly going to be nutrient / vitamin deficient, especially if you have a very active lifestyle.

Look around you - how many people in the age ranges of 20-30 are loosing their hair? How many of them feel lazy and lethargic? Tell tale signs, not of hereditary but of deficiencies.

So please, don't quote tired cliches and age old adages without having a full understanding of your own body. Do your research and you'll realize just how much better your health ca be with a few small changes.

BB.com is overpriced i also find better prices on nutraplanet, specially on sales. The landing price of nearly 90% of the supplements is the same after you consider custom charges and logistics so i prefer ordering all my supplements from US.

Your friend used to take what in college days? If he took PH/AAS then those results are pretty bad in two years. Does he share his non-performance issues in regards to XYZ with you? Are you endocrinologist?

They are called supplements for a reason, they help you achieve your daily micro/macro nutrient. Even with a perfect daily diet you cannot nail your micro/macro ratios.

Good luck being healthy let alone building decent physique on that unless you are planning to chug down 5-10 liters of milk, few dozen banana's and eggs on daily basis. But again your diet will have more fat than proteins and carbs.

Anyway, I'm not going to argue on this matter as there is no point.
 
Are we talking about two diff points ?

Bodybuilding pills OR Pills which just provides you day to day missing nutrients ?
 
@Praks multivitamins and minerals that is to cover up for the lacking nutrients in our diet!
No bodybuilding pills,what is that anyways!!?:confused:
