For which purpose it was being used ??

and was it used on daily basis or rarely like 3-4 times a week ??
 
Purchased in dec 2010, invoice not available
we purchased this for our office, used for designing purpose and iOS platform development, daily 8hours on weekdays.. for last two months lying unused( actually using to listening music as its speakers are super awsm :))
