India vs Sri Lanka - 1st ODI; MADNESS

I saw yesterday's match today ( well sorta, had recorded it on tata sky + watched it in parts :p ).

Honestly I am happy to see finally someone from the young brigade decided to correct his technique. Kohali playes really well in under 19 WC. But when he came into ODIs first time around, he was pure basher. Same in IPL as well. Every time he used to throw his bat at everything and it didnt work and he got booted off the team. But in this series he looked really composed and mature and batted with good technique. Almost felt like Dravid had a training session with him to teach him importance of patience :p

Good to see. Should send signals to like of Rohit sharma and even Raina.

I hope in last game Sudeep Tyagi gets chance instead of Ishant as its logical to try him out in dead rubber considering Ishant is already dropped from Bangladesh tour.
 
Now that stadium is gonna get banned as per ICC rules for 2 years. Good to know India is doing all it can to prepare for 2011 WC :rofl:

Sorry but its not INDIA but the problem lies in politics of state....

Delhi has congress rule....And DDCA is being run by ARUN JAITLEY who is a BJP guy........He is more interested in increasing his bank balance rather than think for the country....

Thats the reason some months bak Shewag refused to play for DELHI saing players bribe the officials to be part of the DELHI team

He had to retract(without terms started to play again for DELHI) because else he had to name the guys who are leaders son and he and GAMBHIR knew their own career will jeopardise ...

All were saying including gavaskar DELHI shouldnt have been given the ODI after champions league low scoring flop show....But due to internal politics and Leaders(like SHArad pawar and jaitley...who have never ever contributed a day to cricket wanting share in cricket pie)...ruins the game (by following rotation policy)...

Else what was the problem with country when VIZAG odi was shifted to nagpur...

Even mumbai has ard 3 stadiums...so about other states.......

Anyways it would be better if firozshah is banned for life atleast something more serious can come up or the authorities will get serious ..or the politican will shelve their seats as it wont fetch money for them again
