I have to make an urgent choice between these two:

Dell Studio 15 Laptop Details | Dell India
Both of the above have just about the optimal CPU and gfx card config for my needs.
Now, just between the above, I would like your expert opinions on:
1. screen resolution and quality - text clarity specifically
2. build quality
3. HDD space (320 vs 500GB) is not an issue but speed/sata could be a very minor deciding factor
CPU, gfx card, screen resolution/quality/general clarity, build quality in that order are the major deciding factors. 4K price diff is not an issue.
