Instagram may finally release on Windows Phone

It's one of the most heated debates when suggesting a user to buy a WP8 device here. The lack of apps, and one of the best example given is Instagram. That might not be the case for long as Instagram may finally be launched on WP8, though it might be an exclusive for Lumia smartphones for a while as Nokia seems to have some part in porting it over to WP8.

Rumours have started floating around the net that Instagram is going to release an official WP8 app at last on June 26. If that is indeed the case, then it is a great news for all WP8 users. But sources also say that the app will be exclusive to only Lumia handsets from Nokia, as Nokia has worked extensively with Instagram to bring the app to its users. Nokia is the largest OEM for WP8 with more than 70% of the marketshare, but what about users having WP8 smartphones from other manufacturers such as HTC and Samsung?
