iphone from Ebay USA

I am in Atlanta till 20th August, so planning to buy a iphone from there. Can anyone suggest it will be good from Ebay to buy because I visited a lot of stores and unlocked version is highly priced. I could find one in Ebay

the price is okay..but i am a bit sceptical about the product..
i mean 3g was discontinued and since there is no box etc, it is highly unlikely that the product is brand new..
ask the seller if you can avail the warranty or not.
also, make sure to take extra care when buying phones or other electronics from ebay.

3G you get it for as low as 10000 INR.

3Gs still has demand coz people who dont have/get 4 will have only 3GS to take.
