Description if any: Good Condition. Running on IOS 5.0.1 . Using Zagg Invisible shield from Day one. Recently i got a replacement for Zagg shield so, for last 2 months i am using new shield.
If you remove the shield, it will look exactly as new. Box and Data Cable is available. No Headset

Hey guys beware of this seller. He has sent me an all scratched up piece which is completely against his descriptions. Just before sending the piece to me he clearly told me that if I find any scratches on the piece I shall certainly return it back to him and that he will accept it no questions asked. The four edges of the pod are badly scratched up. The back after removing the Zagg is also completely scratched up. And these are not minor ones many big ones. When I called him to return the device to him, this guy says I have purposefully put the scratches (am I a sadist to do something so stupid. Why would I have bought this in the first case.

The Scrathes what you are mentioning is not covered by zagg shield. The scratches are near the data cable port and also near the speaker which is in bottom of iPod. Zagg will not cover that portions. I cann't do any thing for that. After this conversation he called me again and telling that he is seeing lot of scratches how can i accept this. I have given enough pictures in the Post.

@OP....with those kinda scratches, I don't think you can explain this sentence in your original post....

I really feel bad about it abhi, Why not describe it the way it is, Will that make a whole lot difference in price.....but will does make a difference to ur image.
 
A real piece of work this guy!

Buyers, always ask the seller to remove the shield and post before you buy it. You might have to spend 1000 rupees to get a new shield but at-least you know the product is good. Dont be naive!

This is going too much.. I am very upset with this.. I started this thread only for local buyers but i thought of shipping because he PM ed me with in 15 min after creating this post

I am member of this forum for nearly 2 years and did not sold any products. This is my first Sale. The way he spoke made me angry that's the reason i did not accepted the refund. Now also i won't accept back because after this much of problem, i can't trust him. Also i am not interested to sell anything in online..

If i want to cheat anybody i can do it in some other way. I am using my name as my username i am not even hiding my name..

Mod's : As per my knowledge the only mistake i did in the post is i did not mentioned "The ZAGG shield won't cover corners and bottom" beyond that i didn't tell any thing lie. Also i am not selling new ipod i mentioned even the date of purchase in the thread which is nearly 1.5 years old. Beyond this if you guys are thinking i am a cheater . Please take necessary action on me.. At least i will get some sleep after end this issue.
 
^^ It is alright that you are getting sentimental about all this. But nowhere in your post you mentioned the actual thing which we all want to see.

1. From where did the scratches come on the pod? Were they already there under the zagg shield? the pics posted by atibrewal clearly show the scratches on the back, and you in your original sale post have said that there were no scratches beneath the shield. so who is lying? you or the other guy?

2. Why did you remove the pics that were attached in the original sale thread? Restore them.

3. You are saying that you denied the refund to atibrewal because of the way he spoke. If it is true, then you must come clear with the actual things, so that mods and seniors can see both sides of the issue.
 
I think the mods should step in & intervene strongly in the issue.
As the seller is 2 year old member, maybe he has a few members with whom he has built a rapport.
They should pursuade him to refund the money as clearly he has given a wrong description of the item

Around 760 days old member with 62 posts & 1 positive feedback score, this does not show that he might have built any rapport ?????

Only chance he can build the rapport is that he refund the money & re-list it with the actual description of the item or take it out of the market section.
