IS It Safe to visit Delhi tomorrow with family ? 2 days @ delhi -> then 2 days @ Shimla -> 2 days @ Delhi -> return back to Mumbai

As the question says.
Is it safe to visit Delhi now with family (including kids).
Concerned reasons to request opinions are for ongoing protests happening and bad fog/air..

Currently in Jaipur,
2 days @ delhi ->
then 2 days @ Shimla ->
again 2 days @ Delhi -> then
return back to Mumbai
 
Safe yes... fog is there so travel by car/ cab carefully if morning or evening.
If doing touristy things, stay away from protest areas.
City is functioning normal

My Mumbai friends left for North touring 4 days ago.delhi, simla, kulu etc. As of now no issues encountered alls going smooth.
