Had a lyf phone with a swollen battery. Absolutely pathetic customer care support. I don't even think there are replacements available in the market. That phone is pretty a trash now.

If you're using it as a permanent hotspot, you can remove the battery and run it plugged into a charger. At least 750mA output. This way you can save the battery for when you need it.
