Budget 0-20k Laptop buying advice

What's your Budget? Ans -not more than 20 - 23k
What will be your primary usage for the notebook be? Office, database, billing, accounting, web surfing and occasional movies mkv, ONE INSTANCE OF VMWARE OR TWO..
What size and weight considerations do you have? (e.g. Do you want a 17" desktop replacement or you want an ultraportable 12" or something in between) Any thing suitable for office Not more than 14" And not below 12 inch so i guess 14 is good...and easy to carry

Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest? (e.g some would prefer to stay away from Acer or Dell) Asus, dell, sony, samsung

Any other considerations? (e.g Battery life; Widescreen/non-widescreen; Glossy/Matte screen etc.) Yes Widescreen, battery life,Bluetooth v3.0, USB 3.0, Wifi this stuff

Purchased 22.5k (from lammy) (check my previous post date)
Dual core
Asus 136D with 64bit 128bit support (136D have many version i guess 2gb ram, 1gb video etc)
It is actually K54H series but the laptop stick shows X54H weird
4GB RAM
2GB Dedicated graphic (INTEL 3000 onboard ) first time i seen this why they included memory
The screen is LED not Glare
USB 3.0
HDMI
bluetooth 3.0
and other specs are same
