Budget 21-30k Laptop buying for a friend

NO AMD Processors APU's
Friend needs a Laptop, I will order online from Flipkart (WSRetail Only), he wants

*CPU i3 (4th Gen)
*1 TB HDD
*Anti Glare (don't know whether it makes any difference or just a gimmick but he wants it)
*4GB or More RAM
*Nice Loud output Speakers
*USB 3 Ports (the more the merrier)
*Additional Graphics if any

*Screensize doesn't matter

I've sorted these two from FK based on his requirement, Please suggest among these 2 or anything better
1. Dell Vostro 3546
2. Lenovo B50-70 (Lot of negative feedbacks for battery backup)

Does Lenovo and Delloffer warranty on products purchased from Flipkart?

now its 22K and I think it's a great price for the config. It's suits all your requirements. Put in extra 1.5K, you get warranty extended to 3 years.

Non-servicable Area BTW same is available on FK for 30K How is the battery backup for 4 Cell Batteries in Lenovo?
