I am looking for a laptop for my aunt. She is coming over from hyd to bangalore over the week end, will be buying it then.

Her son is in Oz. Primary usage is browsing. Chat. live video streaming etc.

Brand needs to have a good after sale support in Hyderabad area. Budget not more than 25k.

^^ You can easily ask the dealer to insert one more stick of RAM and that would make it 3 GB. If you are searching for a good laptop , then firstly search for a good processor, and then comes other factors like RAM, HDD, looks, etc.
 
So when did I told that it's bad. It's you who was asking for a laptop with 3 GB RAM. So I said that purchase the same laptop (msi cr 400x) and ask the dealer to insert an additional 1 GB RAM.
 
t6600 not bad? its freaking amazing for all the performance it offers at the price it sells at!
