Budget 21-30k Laptop for casual gaming

My old Lenovo Thinkpad L420 is almost dead. So I was thinking of picking up a laptop from the Flipkart sale which is on till 20th.

The only games that I play is CS:GO and DOTA2. That too for about 6-7 hours in a week. A friend of mine has bought the following laptop and he is a casual gamer like me too. Plus it comes with WIN10. Will it suffice my needs or should I go for something better?

Or, my cousin is coming down from the US in Jan. So is there a laptop in this budget range that I should get from there?

Urgent replies would be appreciated. TIA.

Get Acer ES1-572. It has 6th Generation Core i3 6100u, integrated graphics are Intel HD 520.

It is far superior to any AMD and is faster than even 5th generation i5s.

Get this laptop at 21,500 (Rs. 22,900-1500 SBI Card discount).

You can add extra 4GB RAM, Corsair DDR3L 4GB is Rs. 1600 on Amazon.in

and 120GB SSD (around Rs. 3500)

Total it will cost you only 26,000 and you will get Latest gen Intel i3 + SSD + 8GB RAM.

Go for it.

Laptop Warranty can be extended to 3 Years, extended warranty charge is Rs. 600

It comes with Linux/DOS, but Windows 10 Drivers DVD is bundled. You can install your own copy of Win 10.

@skylake6100u Thanks for the suggestion. Will look into it. However, can this be considered? https://www.flipkart.com/acer-aspir...LSTCOMEMFMRTKAFHEVGXLS74D&qH=69e6048ac3894abc given its a10 processor? Also, how much does a copy of window costs these days?

It has AMD A10 9600P CPU, I just read it's review, here is verdict -

A little more performance, a little more battery life - AMD Bristol Ridge (A10 9600P) is a reliable successor to the Carrizo design. This places AMD closer to the Intel competition. In terms of CPU performance, we see that the A10-9600P is placed between the Intel i3 models of the 5000 series (Broadwell) and 6000 series (Skylake), as long as all 4 cores are used. The single thread performance may be a little lower, but the APU compensates by offering strong Boost speeds.

You can go for it if you like AMD, It has 2xUSB 3.0 and a USB Type C as well.

How do you rate Acer compared to other manufacturers? Also, is the integrated graphics on this one better when compared to intel hd 520 in the one you suggested?

@chiron OMG! How did you know what I wanted! Yes!.....Nope.

@PHOENiX117 the laptop you suggested with worth 39K+. Out of my budget buddy. Also, love your sarcasm!
There are othe laptops bro,

Even Alienware 13 sells in the 30k range sometimes, the one with graphics amp.

Go to amazon.COM not in and do a search for laptops, then think about buying Indian Lamppost

If you want a dedicated card that offers a noticeable improvement over the onboard gfx such as an 840/940 you will have to go over the 30k budget. Look for something with 8gb ram at least as well.

Did I ask for a laptop with dedicated graphic card? Hmmmm...lemme scroll up again.

@PHOENiX117 the one you recommended was showing at $579. I know you can get great deals form US, if lucky. Hence, if you can find something in my budget, please share a link. Also, if you find an alienware in 30k let me know.
