one of the best laptop of DELL Inspiron 5459, Core i7 (6th Gen), 4GB RAM/1TB HDD, 14", 4GB Graphics, Linux in just of 48,990.00 which is under ur budget.
 
I had the same budget and usage as yours and I went to see my options in Nehru Place. Acer Aspire 5 was my first choice but I found Asus Vivobook S15 to be a more complete product and hence bought that(although there is a price difference of 8k).

Here's what the Vivobook S15 offers over Aspire 5:
- Much better screen with great color reproduction and viewing angles. Aspire 5 in comparison has a very dull screen with narrow viewing angles.
- Smaller than a 15.6 inch laptop by a good margin (smaller bezels) and weighs only 1.7kg.
- Backlit keyboard
- Fast charging
- Looks like a premium laptop.
