Monitors looking for 1080p gaming monitor

Hi Guys,
I Recently upgraded my GPU and currently am using 720p Monitor and now i upgrade it to 1080p monitor and i prefer size between 20-24 inches and my budget is 10,000 rs and So please suggest me monitor

I did some research online and came to know that this particular monitor of dell is very good but due to glossy screen its not very comfortable for viewing due to reflections and i mainly prefer IPS panel for new monitor , can you suggest me which will be good monitor from below links

AOC has only 1yr warranty - Mentioned on Snapdeal site

BenQ GL2460HM is not an IPS. It is a TN.

ViewSonic VX2263Smhl-W - 14 Ms response time which is not good for gaming.
