WTB looking for Laptop

want to buy decent laptop for web-dev purpose, movies
ideal config:
1. 15.6" FHD screen
2. at least i5 8th,7th gen. not looking for 6th gen cause i aleary have one 6th gen pc
3. 8gb ddr4 ram min.
4. ssd 256gb min. OR ssd port for upgradability.
5. laptops in warranty are preffered but since sellers ask premium maybe i cant afford those.
6. not older than 2-3yrs, the newer the better.
7. brands Asus> dell> Lenovo
8. IMP pt: ready to ship Nashik, Maharashtra.
9. Graphics cards not really necessary (since mostly going to use photoshop etc) , but if included its welcome.
10. Payment : Partial step payments. NEFT.

budget: 20-23k

already looked into this range of laptops
for this instance this laptop has low resolution and tn panel display.
its enough for regular tasks but i need more resolution and ips display those just feel right to work on..

hence looking for someone selling their 50-60k older gen laptop aroung this range. thx for the sugg. anyway
