If you're going to upgrade the whole system in few years, maybe you won't even need a discrete GPU for light graphics usage. Integrated GPUs are getting better. If AMD's benchmarks are to be believed then the Vega GPU in Ryzen 2 will perform similar to GT 1030. So GT 1030 is already obsolete.

Hey, guys. I finally brought the Gigabyte GT 1030 Low Profile for INR 5,700 from Computer Selection in Lamington Road. As you said, the gaming is average or lower. I am able to play GTA IV at native resolution with reduced settings. But the main advantage I am enjoying now is the movie experience. The font on screen is much crispier now and videos look beautiful. I have connected the HDMI cable, instead of the VGA I have been using all these years. Perhaps that also helped.
