Media Player for 50" TV

Budget : 7-10K

Want a media player in the above range. Should have optic out and Network connectivity (Preferably LAN).
The Audio out will be to by Z906 and video to TV.
Should be able to read all formats and process Dolby Digital and DTS contents. Should have inbuilt apps like youtube, netflix and all.

PS: open to other alternatives too.

TIA.

For most of your requirement Asus R1 HDP is VFM model. As per youtube and netflix I would suggest to go with Chromecast.

Both will come in your budget.

^^I had different option running in mind. It was an Android stick. But stumbled upon if it can pass DD and DTS after posting that :p

^ My TV Does have a optic. But the DTS/Dolby is converted to PCM Stereo. Tried that earlier, thats when I decided to buy a Media player.
Might as well consider importing this/ get it through friends. Has XBMC support too.

High end media players from Xtreamer, WD and Popcorn Hour are good but fail in utilizing the apps like youtube (personal observation). There are custom firmware available too that enhances the hardware ( I am using Play On HD on my Asus HDP R1), you might look into that before buying.
