Bought it from Snapdeal. Felt 2200 price is a apt for this phone. Don't buy for even a 100 more... Navigation is cool on this phone unlike JioPhone. Call clarity is also great. Have to check on battery life

Deal with patience. Even bsnl CC doesn't have clue abt this and is insisting on buying at bsnl exchanges rather than online.
Whats the point of going with it if the free calling is not valid for Delhi and Mumbai?

I believe less than 1% BSNL subs roam in Delhi and Mumbai. So not a big concern.
