100% true.. Listening to mine right now. Shipped a week before it's original ship date and arrived ON the original ship date. Brand new, non-refurb. I now hear that Newegg also offers the 30GB brown Zune but shipping won't be til December. If you can find someone in the US to ship it to you it's a great deal. Hell, I may even ship to someone if they pay for shipping to India.
