CPU/Mobo MOBO(ASUS M4A88TM-USB3) NOT POSTING AT BOOT

I Have AMD Phenom X4 955 BE and M4A88t-m/USB3 i get no display at boot even the mobo post does not come up But the CPU and Mobo seem to be running fine .No Beeping.
I Have tried all the basic troubleshooting tips (reset the CMOS battery,Checked the RAM,switched displays from onboard to graphics card(HD 7770).
Any Help is much appreciated.

Did you removed RAMs and got any beep ?

Is this a new PC? And have you got the PSU tested on a different working machine?
