Would appreciate some guidance regarding PC configuration selection for Moderate gaming/watching 1080p videos

    • 40-45K
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • I use a laptop
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)
    • I have a corsair carbide spec 01 cabinet and Logitech mouse and keyboard available with me.
  4. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
    • CPU – AMD Ryzen 1600/2600/2400g/3400g - requesting advice about whether to go for APU or CPU + GPU
    • Motherboard – B450 mATX

  5. Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
    • I hope this configuration will allow me to play AAA games with 1080p with decent frame rates at medium quality settings for a few yrs. I may be able to add/upgrade GPU later on (unless the CPU specs do not meet the future minimum game requirements).

In this budget fitting 16GB of memory is tough. Start with 8gigs, add more later.
AAA @ 1080p is also not possible. May be with some compromise on graphic settings in some titles.

i3 9100F + 1060 3GB rig would cost about 50k (this would be my pick)
3400G with Vega11 rig would cost about 44k

You can go for powerful CPU. But to fit it in your budget, you have to compromise on GPU,
i5 9400F + GT1030 rig for 48k
Ryzen 2600 + GT1030 for 50k
