Modular Switch Board with Remote - HELP

Hi

I am looking at changing some electrical connections in my Living room and Bedroom. The earlier switch boards that were installed (and survived 8 years ) was all shit quality.

I have come across some interesting modular switchboards

Querries:

Has anyone on TE used any such board (whatever make/brand) ?

All functions - Switching ON/OFF - Lights/Fans are controlled ONLY through the remote !
The remote uses CR-2032 battery only !
How durable and lasting would this be ?

This is what I am looking at for the living room
12 Module Switch Board with Remote:6Lights & 2Fans + 2Regulators + socket + 2sw

and this one for the bedroom
8 Module switch board for 4 Lights + 2 Fans with Remote- 4 Touch Light switches

2 Fans - each with 7 step Regulation + Digital Display

NOW IF THESE THINGS ARE CRAP OR RISKY - JUST SAY SO

Or ELSE I will stick to the usual. I am also aware that "quality vis-a-vis durability" sucks these days NO MATTER WHICH BRAND U PICK - I have tried Havels; Crabtree etc - all suck

Customer feedback is good and the company website looks well done But, I would not buy any of the linked stuff, won't take risk with electrical stuff.

Try legrand Home Automation....pricey but good.
Also MK Swtiches have good Auomation systems
