I'm looking for a 20-22inch monitor with inbuilt speaker which can be used with a external TV tuner card for watching TV occasionally. Budget is 8K max.

Not widely available now days . I used to have a benq monitor with in built speakers , and connected my external TV tuner to it .
The problem with these monitor speakers is they have a very low sound output . As I could not hear the tv clearly even when the sound volume was full on the tv tuner as well as the monitor , I ended up buying creative standard stero speakers .

Bro .. I'm not an expert on monitors .. so please excuse ..[emoji2]
Just thought I'd give you my experience with a monitor with speakers .
BTW I have some dell monitor that's 22 in and full HD . But not ips panel . I too read recommendations from our forum and bought it .
May be the experts can enlighten you .
FYI my BenQ broke down and there was no service center to be found near where I live . (Mumbai) . So I gave it to the local guy and he said that he can fix the monitor but not the speaker module , as it was rare , so I decided to just buy a new monitor and swore never a BenQ again , due to lack of service centers . So I switched to dell .
