Less than 10K Most Rugged SmartPhone at 10k...!!!

So my friend lives in a family with 5 little monsters. Hes had to replace 2 phones in the last 6 months cuz they just wont keep their hands off any thing. Could you please suggest a sub 10k smartphone that would fare well against falls,/bumps/scratches and so on. Specifications are not a big deal as long as it runs whatsapp and a few basic apps...!!!

Search for Samsung Rugby & Active series & other AT&T Unlocked phones meant for rough usage on global ebay.in
There are plenty of them under 10 k.

I'd suggest buying an rugged case instead of spending it on another crappy sub 10k android. Which phone does he have currently?

get something which has a plastic sort of screen. look for android phones less then 4k.
they might scratch easily but they rarely shatter when dropped. most cheap samsung phones also have these kind of "shatter proof" but not scratch proof phones
