Video My TV sound not working properly

I can say there are two options you can take. If it's under warranty, then it will be fixed free of cost. If it's not then claiming repairs through official channels will cost you 1-2/3 the price of TV itself unless your speakers itself are faulty. Other than that you can go to local TV mechanic repair shops to get it repaired for cheap, but be wary they might change original parts and install counterfeit ones, then assemble it again to make it brand new, and then sell it anywhere like OLX as if it was never repaired through unofficial channels. Same with iPhone, Android and any other electronic machine, you will never know if it's motherboard was unofficially repaired or it was disassembled

can you take a pic of the back side of the connections? Judging by the video, i feel some connection in adapter is loose or cable is bad. Those look like cheap chinese make cables which go bad suddenly due to soldering or other defects. try changing cables and directly connect to the stb instead of using an adapter in between.

Yes I also think the same I have attached the picture for you. First pic with adaptor connected "http://tinypic.com/r/2ibjf9x/9" The speaker cable is loose and if I connect directly the sound doesnt come "http://tinypic.com/r/dzwjzs/9", "http://tinypic.com/r/2wei3vs/9", "http://tinypic.com/r/z4tv4/9". but when I twist it a little bit on the other end with adaptor connected then only sound comes otherwise it doesn't as shown in my video. So its a speaker cable issue right?
