Need 14$ in my Paypal (will pay in Rs.)

For downloading I pay for premium accounts and my paypal account (with my credit card associated with it) has got blocked. It won't even let me add the same credit card in different accounts. I need USD 14 transferred to my paypal account. I'll pay an equivalent amount in Rs. (+50/- as a thank you), via RTGS directly in to your bank account, according to that day's exchange rate (http://www.oanda.com/convert/fxhistory).
