Need a Good Power Management Solution

Hi..

Over past few years , many of my electronic items have broke due to constant power issue in my place...

due to power i lost a PS3 , and got a new one..

so planning to invest in some power management devices like stabiliser / inverters etc..

I got a UPS from a reputable compnay , none of them last for more than a year .. however i recharge and use it as per thier instruction..

so need some ideas and suggestion to run my devices without problem

here are my electroncie devices

1.)LCD 40"

2.)PS3 slim

3.)Onkyo 3200 5.1

4.)SEt-top box for DTH

5.)Laptop

6.) and 1.5L AC

I need a solution to these and also plannign to invest in some solar panel if they are really that efficient .. i mean i know there are few upgrade soon in coming soon..

We are also having a powercut of 2 hours daily.. and power is also not that constant..

Looking for ur suggestions guys
