@jom jose here are your answers --

1) Go for the NZXT Gamma, much better airflow and cable routing options. You can add fans later to improve upon the same.

2) Go for the which ever hard-drive you fancy, both perform the same under real-world workloads. I think Western Digital has a longer warranty. Confirm before purchasing.

3) Go for the Seasonic S12II 520W as you plan to add a graphics card and a more powerful CPU down the line.

4) That was a limited one-day offer. Best would be sticking for 4GB x1 of Corsair ValueRAM ~1300/-.

5) APC BR800VA-IN because the 600VA variant will not be able to take the load of a 520W SMPS when it would be running a discrete graphics card.

And I know these prices are from Bombay, thanks very much.

One more doubt :
DH67 motherboard as per intel site it supports DIMM 1066 and 1333Mhz?
i didnt saw 1600MHz support?

Yes the motherboard's of the Sandy-Bridge family [Z68 / P67 / H67 / H61] all support RAM up-to only 1333MHz, even the integrated memory controller on the processor itself can theoretically only use a 1333MHz RAM module. But if you are willing to over-volt the memory a 1600MHz RAM module will give ~10% -->15% increment in bandwidth performance.

More on the same in these two articles --> AnandTech - Sandy Bridge Memory Scaling: Choosing the Best DDR3 / DDR3 SDRAM for Sandy Bridge: Choosing the Best Memory for LGA1155 Platform - X-bit labs.
