Budget 0-20k Need advice in buying a monitor

Hello friends. I want to purchase a good monitor with following requirements
1. Budget - 20K
2. Size - 24"
3. Adjustable height
4. Inbuilt speakers
5. Good colour reproduction
6. The Higher the refresh rate the better - Ideally looking at 75 Hz
7. Headphone out port
8. USB hub is desirable but not mandatory
9. Primary usage will be video editing, photo editing, Browsing the web, YouTube. Only 20% gaming

Models considered so far - GW2480T on Iamastudent.com - 60Hz refresh rate

Dell p2419H on Amazon - does not have speakers and headphone out, 60 Hz refresh rate but does have a USB hub

Asus VG248QE - has everything else but it is a TN panel

MSI Optix G241 - has everything but is not height adjustable

Any more suggestions?
 
If your purpose is for image processing and care for colour accuracy, Dell ultrasharp series is the best options. But it is expensive, but affordable within 20K

BUDGET ultrasharp has 99% sRGB , 85% DCI-P3 coverage
and MSI Optix G241 @ 16.7k has 128% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3 coverage.
 
right now leaning towards the Dell 2491H due to its better display compared to Benq GW2480T. I will miss out on Internal speakers and headphone jack but I figured I will connect the headphone to the back of my computer. The MSI monitor is great but its 2500 Rs. more than the Dell and does not have height adjustment. I will have to add a stand which will cost me an additional 2k probably and I do not need 144 Hz really since I do not game a lot
