Budget 0-20k Need ddr3 supported cpu motherboard

Hey guys
Quick question. I have an old system with the following components
Amd phenom 2 720 be
2x4 GB gskill ddr3 ram
Sapphire r9 270x 2 gb
Asus motherboard
Corsair 750tx psu

I want to change my cpu and motherboard in cheapest possible way. I'll keep the rest of the components. Will be used for gaming. Please suggest cheapest 2c 4t or 4c 4t cpu and motherboard that supports ddr3. I'm open to buy second hand too. I'm in Bangalore. In 2 weeks I'm going to Delhi for 2 weeks so can pick something up from there too. Budget is not more than 5 to 7k for new and 4k for second hand. Thanks!
 
It's better to go with AM4 format Ryzen processors for better future proofing.

AMD Ryzen 3 1200 -6700,
Asus Prime A320M-K -4800,
ADATA Desktop 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz -6100.
Total -17,600.

BTW you can get 3k + 4k for the existing CPU + RAM.

Thanks. I don't need future proofing. My main rig is ryzen 1600 plus 1060. This one is going to be just used for having till the 270x dies. After that I probably donate it. So just need cpu plus mobo that won't bottleneck this card that's it. Will your recommendation now change?

Intel Pentium G3260 -4050,
Asus H81M-C -4060.
Total -8110.

Even cheaper alternative but not suggested is FM2 processor & compatible MB.
