Need Help to Buy a 24" Full HD LCD monitor

Hi guys..i need help in picking up a good 24" LCD Monitor to hook up my PS3!budget is < 15k

i Have narrowed down to some of these

1. Benq 2420 HD
2.Benq E2400 and 2420 HD

3.and Benq V2400
^^This is a LED monitor..is it worth paying the extra cash??
