I have an Oticon TV adapter that streams to my hearing aids from the U-Verse cable box. I would like to be able to switch back and forth from cable/sat to a streaming device(DVD player, or Roku device etc.) so that I can connect to Netflix, etc. with my hearing aids. My receiver/amp (Onkyo TX-NR646) does not have audio output via RCA connection which my hearing aid tv adapter requires (which is why I have to connect the device to the u-verse box instead of through the receiver). Roku Express Plus can connect to the receiver with component cables, but it doesn't have RCA audio outputs, so I cannot connect it to the hearing aid adapter. Is there any way, or any device (such as Roku) that I can get to connect this hearing aid tv adapter to a streaming device? Best Buy tells me the only DVD player/streaming device that comes with separate RCA audio outputs costs $700!! Ouch!
