Need laptop 35-40k max

My friend needs a laptop and his requirements are

*stylish and updated(core i3/i5 or better AMD)
*LED screen
*2+2 GB DDR3 RAM
*HDMI
*weight < 2.7kg
*Chicklet styled keyboard would be a better add.
 
ACER 5740G (i5+4GB+ ATI 5650) comes with all the requirements at about 44k with Windows 7 HP. You may cut the OS and get it around 40k.

DELL Inspiron 15 with i3+4GB RAM will cost you around 35-37k if you want Win 7 HP.

@OP The 5740G is 2.8kg. Can't your friend consider 100g for such power ? :)
 
any brand or make will do.

just check the needs i mentioned.

the new dell Inspiron series with core i series are near to my expectations.

any more suggestions?

It has practically everything you might want:-
i5 processor, HM45 chipset, 4 Gigs of DDR3 RAM, 500 GB harddisk, 15.6" screen (not high resolution though), HDMI port, lots of usb ports.

Really, value for money. If you feel Acer is reliable, go in for this machine.
